Cocoa Walnut Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1.2 L milk
- 75 g California Calrose rice
- 600 ml water
- 160 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla
- 30 g starch
- 22 g cocoa
- For the top: 100 g California walnut
Preparation
- Take the milk into the pot. Add the starch, boiled California Calrose rice, cocoa, sugar, and vanilla.
- Place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- After it starts to boil, continue stirring on low heat for another 2–3 minutes.
- Distribute into bowls. Let it cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, then rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Add California walnut on top when serving.
